Resources for Advent 2025
One Week at a Time: A Coloring & Reflection Guide for Advent
New Advent Resources for 2025
Each week of Advent, we invite you to pause, reflect, and take small steps toward spiritual and emotional renewal. Although this resource was created with individuals connected with Community Missions in mind (program participants, staff, volunteers), it is an Advent resource that is suitable for anyone! You are welcome to share it with others.
See What Each Week Includes:
- π A scripture passage and reflection rooted in the Advent theme
- π‘ Simple daily prompts to practice hope, peace, joy, or love in everyday life
- βοΈ A space for journaling or personal thoughts
- ποΈ A coloring page to relax, reflect, or share with others
Use it however works best for youβon your own, together with friends, family, or neighbors. The printed 11×17 version includes a reflection on one side and a coloring page on the other. Since not everyone has access to 11×17 paper, there is also an easy-to-print downloadable 8.5×11 version that has three pages.
These materials are free and created with care by Community Missions of Niagara Frontier, as part of our mission to share compassion, dignity, and hopeβespecially in this holy season. We are especially grateful to local Niagara falls artist Elieen Kineke of Brave Spirit Arts who designed the coloring pages for each week.
Let’s journey through Advent together toward the light of Christmas!
